At first I loved the Ultra Mirage, well not loved it but tolerated it best. I then whet to the nasal air and I do really like it and would hate to have to go back to a mask. I find it gives me the greatest freedom for sleeping, moving and no headgear to bother me. I do cover the tubes to be free of the plastic feel. I do not have the noise that others complain about by trimming any excess material on the cannula.
