One very easy way:
Spend one or two nights on a cpap.
If you sleep fine, its obviously the machine that is at fault.
It may be difficult for you to exhale against your Rx'd pressure but it wont be impossible.
OR get a 'loaner' bipap from a competing DME supplier.
If the loaner works fine, its definitely the individual machine and not something you are doing.
