I want to second the comments of the previous poster regarding a heated CPAP humidifier. If you do not have one, the dry air could be causing the congestion. You would think dry air would dry out your sinsus and make them smaller. In fact it will irritate them and cause swelling.

I have normally use a Breeze but have a backup full face mirage for those really bad colds.
