Mouthbreathing may be caused by a blocked nasal passage (deviated septum). Thus a full face mask over your mouth and nose would allow you to sleep better. I have the Mirage FF Series 2 mask and it is comfortable and effective. See a nose and throat specialist if you don't respond to the nasal mask routine. After 3 months with the FF mask, am starting to sleep all night and dream.
