Long term CPAP make you addicted?

Posted by Old Apnea King on November 26, 2002 at 11:01:51:

Does using the CPAP over a long period of time make you unable to sleep without it? I've slept pretty good for 34 years before getting on a CPAP this year. While I sleep better, at least I could sleep without it. Now this person writes that they got so used to it that it is impossible to even nod off without it.

I TOO HATE the CPAP, but I too feel better on it, so i use it!
