Stop the bellyaching already.

Count your blessings instead. Here are some examples:
1. You have a condition which, when treated, should not cause premature death.
2. You have been diagnosed, and are able to tolerate CPAP. Some patients can’t, and need a tracheotomy instead. Prior to the invention of CPAP, this was the standard treatment.
3. You have access to a CPAP machine, and to electricity. Some people do not have electricity (perhaps in the U.S. nearly everybody does, but not in some countries).
4. You are able to walk, talk, see, hear, etc. Would you trade places with Helen Keller? Actually, she’s dead, but you know what I mean.
5. You’re not on a restricted diet, at least not for OSA.
