Your doctor might be very cautious about your husband driving, because he could get into a accident, While I was having my sleep test , a guy came in who was a truck driver and had to be retested every year to see if his cpap pressure was correct. Only way he could keep his license to drive, As for disability, it would be something you could talk to your doctor about he would know the what medicare considers a disability.

If he does have sleep apnea, its very treatable with a cpap machine. No medication can cure sleep apnea
