Hi people,I once went 4 night without CPAP because of the recovery period from getting my nose op, blood, mucus and the wounds in my nose.
I never want to go thru that again, 4 night without was not good as I started to get back my OSA symtoms after 2 night without CPAP! Fatugie and the smashing headaches started returning again!!! [bleeech!]
By the fourth night although I was not recovered yet, I couldn't bear anymore. I didn't want to put with another night without it my CPAP and used it before I recovered fully from my nose's operation's wounds!!!
[ naughty, naughty!!! snigger!!!]
I now use the CPAP everynight as I know what will happen, if I nap without it! I end waking up my poor head's cracking and aching and tired a swell.
So I gotta admit it, I AM ADDICTED TO USING THE CPAP, CAN'T DO WITHOUT OUT!!!
