I think everyone has a different product they use.
I have been using a CPAP for over 10 years and clean my mask twice a week.

I use Woolite in cold water. There is no soap scum
and the mask is very clear. I found the cold water
to be necessary as the plastic/gel cover that fits
on my face gets soft after a days and the cold
water hardens it for a snug fit. There is no
"perfume" scent either. Just rinse it out good with water afterwards and towel dry.
