Grace that is good to see, but I have a little different perspective. I had never heard of sleep apnea, but struggled with insomnia, restless sleep, feeling tired all the time, etc. I had had it so long that I never thought to talk to a doctor about it. I am single but had even had people comment on my snoring - I did not believe them of course.

So the questions for me at that time would have to have been do you think you have any sleep issues/problems? and has anyone ever commented on your snoring?

when the "normal" insomnia did not let up after a couple of months in a new job, I commented to my Dr., got a referral, they asked the right questions for sleep study to be indicated! Am I ever glad my Doc took it seriously when I finally mentioned insomnia!!!
