My Rx for lower back pain

Posted by Jubelet on November 27, 2002 at 19:00:42:

After years of lower back pain, even with 3 new bedding sets, I finally tried something that helps. Simply this: a bath towel folded up and placed under the small of my back. I use a one-inch foam pad, and the towel goes under that. The back isn't straight, and when you go to sleep, and fully relax, the spine sags right above the hips. I just put something there so there would be no place for my back to sag into. It took a bit of experimentation to come up with the right amount of folds in the towel.
