You say that your dreams have stopped (or had stopped until recently). My guess is that when you started xPAP, you did not stop dreaming; you just stopped remembering your dreams. This is likely due to the dreams occurring in a much deeper sleep, and your not being abruptly awakened from them.

As to why you're remembering them again, that's another matter. Whether this is bad, good, or neutral sign, I don't know. Perhaps it's time to be re-tested anyhow, especially if it's been more than a year.
