well, I had episodes of vertigo before getting CPAP treatment started, but that was diagnosed as Muniere's Syndrome and it is a definite pain in the neck. I have experienced a degeneration of the inner ear and therefore have a permanent problem with balance, but it doesn't seem to be related to CPAP treatment for me.
