The Resmed chin strap I use is narrow... the strap is about 7/8" wide with a little wider inset where the chin would normally go. There's velcro on each end so it's very adjustable. I don't use it for a chin strap, but put it across the middle of my mask and around my head to help keep my FF mask in place.
