Sorry the post was confusing, apparently. I got unemployment for 6 weeks, until I found the new job. The previous employer was contesting that!

Since the job duties are physically the same, And CPAP adequately treats the apnea,I doubt that disability would apply. But thanks for the post - it is nice to connect.
