Is it possible that they were using a heated humidifier during the study, and that you're not using a humidifier, or using only a passive one.

You'll have to call the lab to see if they used a heated humidifier, but I tinhk most labs do.

If you are using a spearate humidifier that does not have a plug, it is passive. If you're using one that is built into the CPAP, or attaches to make a single unit, it is heated. If it's separate but has an electric plug, it's probably heated.
