Chris, I think that recording idea is superb. Wouldn't it be nice if home-based auto-CPAP units also had one or two channels for microphone inputs? The time syncronization would then be exact.
I also wanted to say what an eye-opener your comment about esophageal manometry in Forum 105 was for me. Before your post I thought esophageal measurement was the only way I would ever want to be measured for possible UARS. After your post, on the other hand, I decided esophageal measurement would undoubtedly be *WAY* too uncomfortable for me to *EVER* fall asleep with. After all, I have a hard enough time with all the other diagnostic wires and electrodes that are nowhere near as invasive as those esophageal pressure measurements you described.
Sure does help to read posts by people who have already "been there, done that".
