Hello, i have always been and anxious person but about 2 years ago i used to have insomnia really bad and would go a couple days in a row before i could sleep. but during that time and even a lil bit after that time i would wake up at night once in a great while and gasp for air. it soon went away ..now this year i moved to florida and stared getting panic attacks. and i used to have them years ago. but anyways they have put me through so much stress i cant even explain. always worried about haviung the ext attack. having my heart race sometimes allday cause i was so worried. so then i came home back to ohio. and now i am back in ohio and in the present time. oh by the way im 23 years old. anyways i woke up onenight feeling like i could not breathe. heart was pounding and i got up feeling like i was going to die. (having a panic attack) anyways it did go away but i would lay there in bed and be sacared of having another episode of that panic attack. anyways since i have been back i woke up once and it was really bad and then just lastnight i woke up feeling like i was not unable to breath but my heart started pounding. what do u think this is? got me scared. thanks.
