Dry mouth

I am using (attempting to use)a full face mask (Mirage). The problem is that I wake up after an hour with a very dry mouth and often a sore throat.
I am using a respironics integrated CPAP and heated humidifier (pressure set to 9, humidity set to 5 - the max). Any suggestions?
