I tried nightly for over two months and never could get biPAP to sync with my breathing methods. Of course CPAP and autoPAP didn't work, either. I tried flow generators nightly for over two years and was worse than without them. The best any of them had me was an RDI of 23 (for on hour). The average was around 30. Since then, I have had a couple of procedures done that have got me from 90 to 40. One more should get me to less than 2 if it works the same as it did for my cousin. Good luck on getting the machines to work. Keep trying and once the frustration gets to high, seek out surgeons who follow the Stanford Protocol and try for a cure rather than a control.
