Do you really need a full face mask? In general, dryness is a much greater problem when breathing through the mouth than it is when breathing through the nose.

I found that when I had the titration with the nose-only mask, I could ONLY breathe through my nose as air would come out of my mouth if I opened it. Two rules they told me: Don't talk and keep your mouth closed. You learn this real quick considering what will happen with the machine if you mouth breathe or try to talk, YIKES!

It was certainly good reinforcement for me.
