OSA causing pulmonary hypertension

I have been recently diagnosed with OSA and my dr says that it has caused me to develope pulmonary hypertension.
I have been on cpap for a month now but still not feeling much of a difference.
Does anyone else have pulmonary hypertension caused from OSA?
