Count me in as an OSA patient with hypertension. We're definitely not alone, though. Use the search button at the very top of this page to search sleepnet.com's message forums for "hypertension". You'll find a little under 340 sleep-related messages that discuss or mention hypertension. I haven't been on CPAP therapy very long, but I sure hope my hypertension eases up enough for me to discontinue at least some of the medications.
