Contact your doctor and the tech people at Respironics and get their approval to try something. A while back I was working with the Respironic techs on a little experiment with my autopap. With their approval, I hooked up my autopap up with my heated humidifier and then hooked up an Oasis passive humidifier with a heating pad under it. The experiment was for a different purpose that didn't workout, but one of the side effects was an incredible amount of humidity. Caused a tremendous amount of rainout in my Breeze mask, but it might be just right for what you need.
