Distilled Water 4 Humid. Chambers?

Posted by nicegye911 on December 17, 2002 at 20:42:48:

This is my first time posting but have been reading the posts for a couple years now and appreciate all the insight.

My question is this:

My R.T. at the time of my fitting recommended using only distilled water in my humidifier chambers. Does anyone else do this? I have heard of people boiling water instead. Does anyone use tap water and not have any problems? I am in the L.A. area. I am sure everyone's water is different. Thanks in advance!
