SleepyCoote, as you may remember (we're developing quite a relationship here, aren't we?), I'm fighting the same battle with my healthcare provider, HealthNet of California.

I go see a new sleep doctor next week and hope he will take up the battle for an autopap with HealthNet on my behalf. What medical studies did you cite to your doctor?

I also struggle with the combination of allergies/apnea. Allergies all by themselves can lead to a lot of fatique, so it can be hard sorting out what needs treatment. I agree with you; I think the allergies have a substantial effect on pressure needs from day to day.

FWIW, hang in there. I've been on CPAP 13 months and am just now beginning to have substantially more energy.
