Posted by LuLu on December 18, 2002 at 16:45:48:I can't get a printed policy from our new medical insurance company concerning CPAP. Is that legal? Aren't they supposed to have a printed policy that clients have access to? We have gotten all kinds of info. about what they cover. Nothing but the CPAP and whether or not they will replace the machine when it breaks keeps changing. This doesn't seem right. The new insurance is Keystone.
