I had a similar experience. When I started using the Breeze, I had the headgear adjusted where the plate rested a little low on the back of my head. This seemed to provide the best stability and I wore it like this for some time. I could feel the plate on the back of my head and usually slept with my head turned ot the side. Finally I started getting headaches where the back of my skull met the top of my spine. I readjusted the headgear where the plate sits more on the upper part of the back of my head and solved the headache problem. Now the headgear is just as stable and I don't even feel it anymore.
