Try searching past forums for posts from RenoTom, whose chin strap / lip strap design has helped some folks. I have a variation of that and it keeps my lips from parting from the pressure when I move my tongue. The straps in my design pass over my cheeks which helps keep them from inflating much. My pressure is low enough to not need much tension in the strap.
