My DME had a variety of mask in stock. Nasal, two types of FF mask in various sizes, Nasal-Aire, and Breeze. They were helpful in letting me inspect and try on some of the variations.
Try your DME and see if they will work with you on this, if not consider changing DME providers. You are probably stuck with the Breeze since you have had it awhile, and may have to pay for the next mask. The most common insurance arrangement seems to be six months between mask.
The Breeze is one of the most popular mask. It can be tricky to get everything adjusted. Search this site for Cue Miller and his comments on adjustment. He had a very detailed adjustment pattern to follow that was very effective. This was several forums back.
