I wouldn't recommend any particular device, there are none that everyone likes. All our faces are different and that goes for our nostrils also. If you can try before you buy I would go for that. There are several companies out there that are probably posting on this forum pushing their products but I have been reading and posting for some time and can tell you that if someone loves one and says they would never use CPAP without it, it doesn't mean you would like it or even be able to tolerate it. Nothing is perfect and we have to live with that and do the best we can with what we have and hope what we have is the best for our individual needs.
