How do you know that you still don't have any delta sleep? Did you have a follow-up study with CPAP? That is the only way to find out.

Also Delta sleep is age related. We have lots when we are young and as we grow older we have less and less. Using the current criteria for delta sleep, very few people over 50 have any. Even though you have slow waves the amplitude criteria is not enough to count the. So not knowing your age that could be one reason.

There are many medication that can reduce delta sleep (anti-depressants and other drugs) so you need to look at what you are taking. Still being tired could point to possible UARS (many post detailing) or just not getting enough sleep.

The only thing I know that can increase delta sleep is physical exercise. Just don't do the exercise too close to bed time. That can disturb sleep.
