The fact that your mind is racing is great news!
I remember when mine started to do that. I was solving all the world problems in minutes!

You may be waking up because your face hasn't gotten use to the mask. Is the area where the mask contacts your face sore?

Hang in there. I've been on for almost 3 years. You will have bad and good days. Hopefully the frequency of good days will grow as you get use to it.
