Most ENT's should be able to tell you performing a simple test, I believe the instrument used is called a laryngoscope. It is a long black tube that the ENT inserts up your nose and it goes down your throat and the doctor is then able to close you airway off at the nose to see where your airway is collapsing. You may ask a sleep clinic to recommend an ENT
