I have used the Spectrum ff mask since starting on xpap therapy 1 1/2 years ago. That is the mask that gives me the least trouble and best seal. I tend to sleep on my side/face. I could never get a seal on the Mirage.

I also use the Profile lite nasal mask on the few occasions when the allergies allow it. I wish that they would make a ff using the gel cushion on the profile lite, but that's a different story.

I have a doubly deviated septum, (closes off one side at top and the other side at bottom), so it is very seldom that I can use the profile lite, but I do enjoy the time that I can use it.

I haven't had a problem regarding the fit of masks as much as leakage with the Mirage, no matter what I tried, loosening, tightening, padding, the mask would not stop leaking whenever I turned over.
