My experience with the Profile Lite parallels the other responses - comfortable fit right out of the box. There are two swivel connections available for this mask. One has a single exhaust port that directs the air along the supply hose. The other diffuses the exhaust air and provides an absolutely silent exhaust.

As a side sleeper you might also want to try a top entry mask such as the Air Pilot, IQ or Mirage. The Air Pilot has a textured cushion that works for me. The IQ has a clear gel cushion and the Mirage has a clear silicon cushion. Both begin leaking after my skin starts to produce a little oil (about 4 hours). I alternate between the Profile Lite and Air Pilot. The Air Pilot directs the exhaust air away from you. Good for you but may be a problem for your partner.
