if i had it my way i would not wear a mask. I am a little claustrophobic and it makes it hard to have a good night sleep. To me it sounds like trying to sleep with a Motorcycle helmet. I would have to say that what got me through was just forcing myself to use it. I would also suggest maybe taking a few days off from work while you try on masks and what not. You will not very useful to any one ( well in my experience anyway). One of the benefits of being between jobs right now, is that i get to adjust to the gear without having to turn up to work the next day feeling like i havents slept. However remember that when you get past this hurdle you will definitely reap the benefits. Dont give up.:)
