If you have a prescription stating your pressures, I would think you could contact almost any DME and pay them to reprogram the thing. It's inexcusable the kind of incompetence I've encountered in this area as far as medical help goes. I've discovered the only thing a perosn can do is keep going to anyone who will help until you get what you need. If you're near the mid-cities area, I've found a couple of places that are very helpful. Get out your phone book and don't stop calling places until you find someone to help you.
