It seems that there is also a high prevalence of Insomnia and OSA for some reason. The OSA tends to mask the insomnia for some time due to overwhelming sleep debt. After the treatment for OSA is successful the hidden problem of insomnia then has a chance to appear.

It's just a possibility...
