I understood that melatonin is best taken at bedtime. Perhaps I misunderstood. If that's a problem, he doesn't have to have it at all. I remember starting him on it because he had problems sleeping through the night, or maybe to try to get him to sleep at night rather than so much during the day. I did ask both of his doctors about it and they shrugged and said it was worth a try and wouldn't interfere or interact with anything he was already taking. So... please share what you know about it. :)
