No, mine is OK right now, but my tech said never "buy" and so I stayed rental....now with this mess up with Medicare denying me supplies because of a flaw in my report and a repeat sleep study the 31st, I am concerned how the DME is going to handle things if there is replacement clause, and I break down. I did not buy, but when they denied me services based on Medicare decision of my DX, said "keep the machine, after all you paid for it"???? When I am retested I want to use another DME...so I am looking for something written on CPAP replacement, and over wth the codes for supplies their is nothing said but the code..........so if it is a replaceable item, why do some people say buy, and most say don't.

confused as to what to do
