Worst time for OSA?

Posted by johnnewmexico on January 24, 2003 at 10:30:04:

Has anyone ever done a study which determines which time of night is worst for OSA. Is it worse in the first 2 hours or the last two hours? I would suppose everyone is different but there must be some generalizations which could be made. The reason this question could be important for many of us is if we can't tolerate the mask for more than half the night it should be the half of the night where the osa is the worst.
