Okay, if you have eliminated from consideration one of the major but difficult to detect causes of failure to improve on cpap, mouthbreathing, then it is time to focus on: adequacy of the pressure setting (any weight change, environmental allergens such as dust mites, was your sleep test an 'average' night) possibility that machine is no longer at its desired pressure (simple at home manometer check) or that you are tired due to sleep fragmentation/quality issues rather than apneas.
