I agree, Rae. I only wish I had several copies, though, since mine is loaned out more often than not! Right now one of our friends who quite literally falls asleep at parties has my copy. Her husband only sleeps four or five hours every night because of a busy life as well. My wife and I have observed these sleep anomalies in these dear friends for years. Since Dr. Dement wrote the book in laymen's terms as you pointed out, maybe our two friends will benefit from his book.
