These naps without CPAP are VERY counterproductive. Make sure that if he naps, it is with CPAP. A prolonged period of compliance will become self-enforcing (he'll fell so great with it and/or so rotten without it, that he won't fight it).

Now, about the Chocolate Chip Cookies. Please check his CPAP and see if it has an odor that is suggestive of baking. Just a hunch.

One last question. I'm soure that you already posted this, but is he using a humidfiier?
