It may be that you were getting some REM sleep before, but now CPAP is disrupting your sleep. Just a thought. You should adapt to CPAP and will probably start having more dreams again.

I was just the opposite, when I started CPAP I began having vivid wierd dreams right away. I was lucky I did not have a hard time with the pressure, mask, or straps.
