I bought one and it was a waste of money for me. I'm a nose breather, but in cases where I have a severe cold and the my nose is blocked, I was thinking that this device might help....

Conclusion: It was very difficult to tolerate the dryness in the mouth EVEN with my ResMed 2i humidifier set to high. Also, huge air ingestion problems (for me).

I've never tried a FF mask, but it might be a better bet for people who mouth breathe.
