That sounds like a really horrible night of trying to sleep. My suggestion, though, would be to avoid panicking or jumping to any conclusions based on one or even a few nights. Even my lovely wife, who does not have OSA or any other sleep disorder, occasionally has a fitful night from which she wakes up un-rested and agitated. In other words, even the best CPAP machine and humidifier can't guarantee that any particular night is going to be a peaceful trip to dreamland. Job anxiety, family problems, worries and concerns can't be blown away by 13cm of pressure. I think the best thing you can do is try to take each night on its own terms and not hit the sack expecting a bad experience. Bid last night goodbye and trust in your body and the CPAP machine to give you the rest you need and deserve.
