Hello Fog,
I had the same problem in spite of having both hoses insulated. It didn't help having the humidifier lower than my head because the condensation was occurring in the nasal shell and was blown into my nose (not a lot of fun). I finally insulated the nasal shell with moleskin. This helped a lot, but I still had some condensation that would leak from the pillow and run down my cheek (beats having it blown up my nose but still messes up my sleep cause I keep wondering when it is going to blow up my nose). I finally purchased a baby wipes warmer and wrapped it around my main hose fairly close to my head (you can do the same with a heating pad). This completely stopped the condensation from occurring in the hose and in the nasal shell even when the temperature in the room gets really cold. I waited a long time to try this after reading about it on the forum cause I was concerned about safety or that it would damage my hose. I can assure you that it works and is totally safe. I wish I had done it sooner.
