I switched from micropore to leukofix, which I don't have to lick. Its non allergenic and a different type of adhesive again. I use the narrowest because I don't sactually open my mouth and breath through it, I just have to stop the pressure getting out my lips. There is a wider one for people who need stronger hold of their mouth.A chin strap wouldn't stop my lips opening with pressure, so I haven't needed one.
